Call for Expression of Interest: Author of Policy Resource Guide
The ILO Mainstreaming Employment into Trade and Investment (METI) programme invites expressions of interest from qualified experts to develop a Policy Resource Guide.
Objective: The consultant will be tasked to author a Policy Resource Guide which will synthesize the knowledge and lessons learnt from the METI programme and its two partner programmes at the ITC and OECD. The Policy Resource Guide will create a repository of all recommendations on how to align trade and investment policies with national employment objectives.
Expected work duration: 2 months (October to mid-December)
Deadline for submission of proposal: Wednesday, 2 October 2024
Qualified and experienced experts are invited to submit the application (expression of interest) to meti@ilo.org with accompanying:
updated CV,
expected daily rate,
examples of past work (see IV. of TORs),
attestations for insurance and security training (see VI. of the TORs)
confirmation of availability for the period October to mid-December
Subject heading should mention “METI Policy Resource Guide”. Only final selected individual will be informed for further process.
